I Tower is a contemporary mixed‑use development currently under construction at Makedonia Square, one of Sofia’s most central and recognizable urban locations. Conceived as a modern city landmark, the project combines business, commercial, and lifestyle functions within a single architectural concept, creating an active environment throughout the day rather than a traditional single‑purpose building.

The project is scheduled for completion in H2 2026 and is being developed in line with sustainable building principles, targeting BREEAM certification. I Tower comprises approximately 11,650 sq m of built‑up area, with flexible floor layouts that allow for efficient planning across different uses. Typical floor plates range between 1,500 and 2,000 sq m, while currently available spaces of around 700–800 sq m are offered in a condition requiring tenant fit‑out. The design allows occupiers to adapt the space to modern workplace concepts while benefiting from high technical standards.

The building is equipped with contemporary infrastructure intended to support uninterrupted operation and long‑term functionality, including raised floors, modern cabling solutions, efficient climate control systems, reliable power supply, and comprehensive safety and security systems. The building consists of 30 floors, of which only 6 are used as offices.
