Ellipse Center occupies a prominent position along the southern part of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., right in one of Sofia’s fastest developing business zones. The project is led by Ilpa Development EOOD and designed by architect Atanas Panov and the LP Architects team. Above it, the building delivers nearly 11,800 square meters of Class A workspaces shaped around an open-plan concept that can easily adapt to different organizational needs. Most floors offer a footprint of roughly 865 square meters and can be subdivided into several independent offices, while the top level presents a more intimate layout complemented by a terrace offering outdoor space and a wider view. A signature feature of Ellipse Center is the presence of loggias on every office floor, providing access to fresh air and the rare comfort of stepping outdoors just a few meters away from the workspace.

Parking needs are supported by a generous underground facility offering 134 tenant spaces as well as additional areas reserved for guests and bicycle users. The building's infrastructure is planned with modern specifications, including advanced façade glazing, efficient HVAC systems, raised flooring, suspended ceilings, and building management technologies that ensure comfort and operational reliability. A restaurant on the ground floor, integrated green elements, and access to nearby cafés, hotels, and public transport complete the environment, shaping Ellipse Center into a contemporary, highly practical setting for companies seeking both accessibility and professional presence.
